I realize that I'm a 4th class citizen. Formerly, due to Affirmative Action, I was only a 2nd class citizen. Considering immigrants also take the local jobs, that makes me a 3rd class citizen. Now, I have last choice of jobs. However, after having reached the age of 63, I am not only discriminated against because of my white skin, and my non-immigrant status for low-paying local jobs, but now because of my age also. Old age does deserve acknowledgment to some extent, but the gender, skin color and non-immigrant discrimination should cease. |
