Hebrew accent marks and comparing the Greek Septuagint syntax (at least one edition agreed with the latter way of translating) may have emphasis on your translating this verse.

Translation:

Jehovah is my portion in life: I have previously stated to guard your words.

You are my portion in life Jehovah, I have previously stated to guard your words.
