Sound (Psalm 119:57)

Transliteration:

helkee yehovah amartee lishmor devareyha

Vocabulary Guide:

It is difficult for me to explain in few words at this time why I think which would be the better way of translating it or even if there is a definite way. Hebrew accent marks and comparing the Greek Septuagint syntax (at least one edition agreed with the latter way of translating) may have emphasis on your translating this verse.

Jehovah is my portion in life: I have previously stated to guard your words.

[or]

You are my portion in life: Jehovah, I have previously stated to guard your words.

Translation:

Jehovah is my portion in life: I have previously stated to guard your words.

[or]

You are my portion in life Jehovah, I have previously stated to guard your words.
